We are not responsible for delayed packages. Please consider the time of year and date you need your package by before placing an order. We do not offer refunds for delayed packages. If your package is not delivered or lost in delivery let us know right away and we will resend your package.
Refunds may be issued until an order is shipped which is usually 3-7 business days. If a customer accidentally uses a wrong address we will also issue a refund if we are notified before the package is shipped. Once a package is shipped to an incorrect address it is no longer eligible for a refund. Orders that are damaged will be refunded with photo evidence.
We do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order reach out to us right away and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
